We offer a limited refund policy for our courses. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not guaranteed for all situations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 3 days of enrollment at hello@alkemy.in. Please include your name, the course title, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
We will review your refund request within 10 business days and notify you of our decision via email. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.
