Alkemy Edtech Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 19, 2024

Welcome to the Alkemy Edtech Referral Program (the “Program”). This program
allows you (“you” or “Referrer”) to earn rewards for referring new learners
(“Referred Users”) to enroll in specific Alkemy Edtech courses. These Terms &
Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program.

1. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of your country to participate in the Program.

Employees of Alkemy Edtech and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2. Referral Process:

To participate, you must sign up for a free Referral Partner account on the Alkemy Edtech website.

You will receive a unique referral link to share with potential learners.

You can share your referral link through email, social media, or any other platform you choose.

3. Earning Rewards:

You will earn a referral reward (the “Reward”) when a Referred User successfully enrolls in an eligible long-term Alkemy Edtech course (courses exceeding 3 months in duration) using your unique referral link.

The specific Reward amount will be 6% of the Enrollment Fees and may be subject to change at Alkemy Edtech’s discretion.

You can track your referrals and earned Rewards through your Referral Partner dashboard.

4. Eligible Courses:

Only referrals for long-term courses exceeding 3 months in duration are eligible for rewards under this Program.

Short-term courses (less than 3 months) are excluded from the Program.

5. Program Rules:

You may not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices to promote Alkemy Edtech or the Program.

You may not offer additional incentives (e.g., discounts) to Referred Users beyond the standard Alkemy Edtech offerings.

You may not use your referral link for your own enrollment or benefit from self-referrals.

Alkemy Edtech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke any earned Rewards if you violate these Terms.

6. Payment of Rewards:

The method and timing of Reward payout will be determined by Alkemy Edtech at its sole discretion.

We may utilize various methods such as direct deposit, gift cards, or other means.

7. Termination:

Alkemy Edtech reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer:

Alkemy Edtech makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the success of your referral efforts or the amount of Rewards you may earn.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Changes to Terms:

Alkemy Edtech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on the Referral Program page of the website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
